SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE � JI20230822 AMENDMENT #003:�This is an amended notice from previously issued notices, JI20230822, JI20230822-001, and JI20230822-002. This Sources Sought Notice is amended to clarify contractor security requirements. Please see attached revised Notice and Draft Performance Work Statement. Updates and revisions are highlighted in yellow. The response deadline of�12:00PM (Eastern) on January 11, 2024 remains unchanged. �This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This Sources Sought Notice is being issued for market research purposes ONLY and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or as an obligation on the part of the requestor to acquire any products or services. This Sources Sought Notice is being released by Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD) on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense �for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)). WHS(AD) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to obtain information for the purpose of determining the appropriate acquisition strategy for the subject requirement. Please reference the attached Sources Sought Notice and Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific details as it pertains to the requirements of this request.
