- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpartĀ 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 36C25724Q0192 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01. The NAICS Code for this request for quotes is 325413 (1,250 Employees). A total small business set-aside is used for this solicitation. The items being requested are included in attachment SCHEDULE 36C25724Q0192. The items being requested are for microbiology consumables, reagents, and supplies for the South Texas Veterans Healthcare System, Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS), 7400 Merton Minter Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78229. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation criteria are technical acceptability and price. Under technical includes the ability to provide all of the requested items in accordance with the Statement of Work, provide a letter of authorization to distribute and provide maintenance services (if not the manufacturer).
