- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: 36C262-24-Q-0382. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) IS ISSUED SOLELY FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION. THE SUBMISSION OF PRICING, CAPABILITIES FOR PLANNING PURPOSES, AND OTHER MARKET INFORMATION IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED AND ALLOWED UNDER THIS RFI IN ACCORDANCE WITH (IAW) FAR 15.201(e). THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCMENT. This is a sources sought synopsis for market research purposes ONLY. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) for relative to NAICS 339112 sources (size standard of 1000 employees). Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this source sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published in the FedBizOpps or GSA eBuy websites. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this source sought announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 22 Contracts Office, is seeking sources to provide: (v) Product Information: Brand Name: PHILIPS HEALTHCARE ECG + Fast SpO2 Enabled, or equal: Wearable Patient Monitoring Device for the VA Los Angeles Healthcare System. This is a Brand Name Only Purchase Request. If you are interested and can provide the required supplies, please provide the requested information as indicated below. ALL submissions SHALL Include the following statement: 36C26224Q0382 Wearable Patient Monitoring Device All RFI s must provide the following information: Quotes shall be submitted on company letterhead as a single document. No other documents or information shall be attached to the quote. Patient demographic information shall be displayed If the patient leaves the wireless infrastructure area, the wearable monitor shall default to a standalone monitor and shall sound an alarm. The wearable monitor must be able to integrate with the rest of the Philips IntelliVue family. The wearable monitor must be able to use the same lead wire set for the bedside and the telemetry unit. Shall have an automatic sleep mode.
