- This solicitation is for a contractor to insulate 250 feet of 2 inch copper pipe and 100 feet of 4 inch fiberglass pipe at the US Coast Guard floating dock in Saint Louis, MO.� All work to be completed according to the attached Statement of Work. A Firm Fixed Price construction contract will be awarded to the contractor with the lowest priced quote.� Department of Labor Wage Determinations and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) are attached and are applicable. Place of performance is US Coast Guard Moorings; 100 Arsenal Street Saint Louis, MO 63118 Payment and performance bonds are not required.
