Failure to use the revised documents and requirements revised within will result in your proposal being non-responsive. ************************************************************************************************************************************ 127EAW24R0001 - Lee Vining Ranger Station HVAC Replacement Inyo National Forest FAR 32.204 Disclosure of Magnitude of the Construction Project: less than $25,000 Set Aside: Total Small Business Set Aside IMPORTANT NOTES: See Section L, Paragraph L.2 for the Documents to Submit with Your Proposal All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via�Tanya.Torres@usda.gov, on the attached RFI form not later than 0900AM hours PST,�December 21st, 2023. A FS organized site visit will NOT be held. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
