Description

523A5-22-010 Enhanced Kitchen Equipment Site Prep Procurement Number: 36C24124B0026 This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming competitive solicitation satisfying the requirements of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203 previously posted under notice 36C24124Q0019. An invitation for bids will be posted on or about January 3, 2024. The VA Brockton Campus requires a contractor to provide professional services to provide all equipment labor and materials for Project # 523A5-22-010 Enhanced Kitchen Site Prep. In accordance with the Statement of work, Specifications, and Drawings. The period of performance is 196 calendar days from the issuance of the notice-to-proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 and the size standard is $45 Million. The solicitation is being issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) under FAR Part 14. A bid bond is required, and the bid guarantee amount shall be at least 20 percent of the bid price but shall not exceed $3 million. This project is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
