- This is a notice of intent, not a request for proposals.� A solicitation document will not be issued and proposals will not be requested. HHS, SUPPLY SERVICE CENTER, PERRY POINT, MARYLAND, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price from EMD Millipore Corporation, 25760 Network Place, Chicago, IL 60673-1257 to provide FSLG04700 - Option2/Sample 5 filters (FluoroporeTM Membrane Filter, 3.0 ?m PTFE membrane, white, gridded, 47 mm cut discs). ��� The proposed contract action is for The Department of Homeland Security.� The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325414.�� Interested vendors may identify their interests and capabilities to the requirement no later than 10:00 am EST, August 19, 2022 by email only to leslie.lucas@psc.hhs.gov (NO PHONE CALLS).�� The Government will consider all responses, but a determination not to compete this action is solely under the discretion of the Government.
