- Description
- The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to perform work repairs on two (2) rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIBs) in accordance with work package HRMC-012-24. The required work is to be performed on the contractor�s facility. The contractor must have the facilities and resources to perform this work on the island of Oahu. The tentative start date is 02 February 2024 with a delivery date of 31 July 2024. This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32253-24-Q-0015. The pre-solicitation notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This posting is not a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. A work specifications in the HRMC-012-24 work package is included in this pre-solicitation as an attachment. Any parties interested in this requirement must have the facilities and resources to perform this work at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J019. PHNSY & IMF intends to post the solicitation on or around 08 January 2024. Offers must be submitted in accordance with the instructions established in the forthcoming solicitation document. Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Site Visit: A ship check will be offered for this requirement on 16 January 2024 at 0900 HST.�Directions to the location will be provided to those that RSVP. An RSVP is required in order to attend this ship check. Please RSVP by Friday, 12 January 2024, at 0900 HST to Luz H.
