RFP #: SPRTA1-24-R-0034 PR#:� FD2030-24-00305 Nomenclature/Noun: FLAMEHOLDER,AFTERBU NSN: Multiple, See below PN: Multiple, See below Application (Engine): J-85 History:� GE, �Sep 2023 Description: Dimensions:� Length 16.4 in, Width 16.4 in, Height 10.5 in, Weight 7lbs.� Material: AMS 5532. Function: Produce thrust for the J85 engine. This is not small business set aside. Quantity: 50 Line Item Structure: This will be a surplus only buy. 0001- New/Unused Government Surplus 0002- New/Unused Commercial Surplus 0003- Used/Overhauled Government Surplus 0004- Used/Overhauled Commercial Surplus The following NSNs/Part Numbers are acceptable. Offors must annotate all part numbers being offered. -NSN: 2840012311048OK, Part Number: 6005T64P40 (CAGE 99207) -NSN: 2840007849697OK, Part Number: 6005T64P24 (CAGE 99207) -NSN: 2840008563488OK, Part Number: 37R601301P101 (CAGE 99207) Notes for new/unused surplus�:All surplus material must have prior approval by engineering. Visual testing and Product Visual Testing (PVT) and/or Product Lot Testing (PLT) may be required. Trace paperwork back to manufacture must be supplied. Surplus material shall be new material only, acceptance inspection shall be conducted at destination facility. Commercial off the shelf surplus parts, supplied by surplus vendor shall have the original FAA Form 8130 or Certificate of Conformance with appropriate documentation annotated by the OEM manufacturing source. An incomplete, altered or incorrect FAA 8130 and or Certificate of Conformance is unacceptable as an Airworthiness Release Record Authorized manufacturer. Notes for used/overhauled surplus All surplus material must have prior approval by engineering. Visual testing and Product Visual Testing (PVT) and/or Product Lot Testing (PLT) may be required. Trace paperwork back to manufacture must be supplied. Offeror shall provide the following required documentation with their proposal or shall be deemed non-responsive: 1. The offeror must provide all available traceability paperwork showing ownership history of the items. 2. The offeror must provide a Certificate of Conformance (CoC), such as an ATA Specification 106 �Part of Material Certification Form�, 8130-3 Authorized Release Certificate, or similar form with like information. 3. The Offeror must include a non-incident statement, certifying that the items were manufactured by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) annotated in this solicitation, and were not removed from engines that operates in volcanic ash, radiation exposure or submerged. 4. The items cannot be previously foreign military owned/operated. 5. The items cannot be previously used in non-aerospace equipment or machines. � � 13.� Ship To Address:� SW3211, Tinker AFB, OK. 73145-8000 � � 14. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from Offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
