- AMENDMENT 0004 (12/15/2023): Response Date/Time Extended The due date and time for responses has been extended to allow additional time for site visits. Responses are due by 12:00pm MST on December 22, 2023. END OF AMENDMENT 0004. AMENDMENT 0003 (12/11/2023): Response Date/Time Extended and Clauses Incorporated The response date and time have been extended to allow additional time for quote submission. Clauses have been updated to incorporated the latest Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06 (Dec 2023). Solicitation documents updated as needed. END OF AMENDMENT 0003. AMENDMENT 0002 (12/06/2023): Q&A Can you confirm that the existing computer is antiquated and the operating system can no longer be updated? RESPONSE: Yes, the computer is antiquated and the operating system is no longer supported by Microsoft. If yes, is replacement of the computer required under this scope of work? RESPONSE: Yes, a new computer will be required to replace the current computer. Can you provide details on the existing incumbent or contract number for the contract(s) these services are replacing? RESPONSE: This contract will combine two existing contracts into one maintenance contract for the HVAC and BAS systems. The incumbent contractors are REPAINTEX COMPANY and ABRAXAS ENERGY CONSULTING LLC. Can you please provide an extension of 30 days to allow for more time to present our proposal to the government? RESPONSE: The solicitation is not planned to be extended at this time. If the solicitation response date/time is extended, it will be done via amendment. END OF AMENDMENT 2. AMENDMENT 0001 (12/04/2023): Inquiry and Site Visit Information Added to Description Information for submission of inquiries and site visits has been added to the description below for ease of reference. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220. The small business size standard is $19.0 million. The Government intends to award a trade-off, firm fixed-price purchase order. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for non-personal HVAC Preventative and Emergency Maintenance Services for Baltimore/Washington Weather Forecast Office (WFO) Located in Sterling, VA. SEE THE ATTACHED SF 18 COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. UTILIZATION OF FEDCONNECT� FOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION The Department of Commerce will utilize the FedConnect� web portal in administering this award. The contractor must be registered in FedConnect� and have access to the FedConnect� website located at https://www.fedconnect.net/Fedconnect/.
