Description

HVAC Maintenance - Louisiana Natl Cemetery Complex -- J045 Louisiana National Cemetery Complex (including Alexandria, Baton Rouge and Port Hudson National Cemeteries) requires preventive and scheduled maintenance of HVAC systems. Please see Attachment A: Statement of Objectives for details, performance objectives and evaluation criteria. Offerors that do not contain all of the the following will not be considered: � A sample schedule of maintenance. � Any applicable permits, licensees etc. applicable to the work to be performed. � Approach to providing manufacturer recommended preventive maintenance and scheduled services. � Approach to providing minor repairs and replacement of parts. � A comprehensive quality control plan. General Scope of the requirement: The contractor shall be responsible for providing the personnel, equipment, management, and quality control plan including measurable outcomes, necessary to effectively deliver the required services. Services shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer�s instructions to include but not limited to: � General inspections � Systems checks and tests � Safety controls functionality checks and tests � Minor service � Minor repairs (as defined in contractor�s performance work statement) � Cleaning components Place(s) of performance: Alexandria National Cemetery 209 East Shamrock Street Pineville, LA 71360 Baton Rouge National Cemetery 220 North 19th Street Baton Rouge, LA 70806 Louisiana National Cemetery (Main) 303 W. Mount Pleasant Road Zachary, LA 70791 Port Hudson National Cemetery 20978 Port Hickey Road Zachary, LA 70791 This solicitation will result in one contract award. Site Visit: We're offering guided site visits at; 10:00 AM Local on 12/20/2023 - Interested parties must meet at the maintenance building parking lot of Louisiana National Cemetery. 11:00AM Local 12/20/2023 - Interested parties must meet at Port Hudson National Cemetery's admin parking lot. 12:30 PM Local 12/20/2023 - Intersted parties must meet at thr public restroom parking lot of Baton Rouge National Cemetery. 11:30 AM Local on 12/21/2023 - Interested parties must meet at the maintenance building parking lot of Alexandria National Cemetery. Service Contract Act Wage Determination #2015-5177 Revision 22 Date of Last Revision 6/30/2023; applies to this requirement. Questions must be submitted to David.Boyd7@va.gov by 2:00PM EST on 12/28/2023. Answers will be provided via an amendment to the solicitation.
