Description: NEIC requires full courses of instruction of Tactical Electronic Warfare (TAC-EW) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) personnel to effectively use equipment in permissive, semi-permissive, and non-permissive environments during expeditionary missions to be provided at contractor�s facility. All Training facility/Scenario Exercise location(s) to be within thirty (30) miles from Naval Air Station Oceana Dam Neck Annex, Virginia Beach, VA. Please see attachments for further information.
