Description: The United States Military Academy at West Point, NY has a requirement for a Digital Workstation.ï¿½ All details regarding this requirement are clearly listed on Page 3 of the attached Solicitation (SF1449).ï¿½ The NAICS Code Qualifier is 334111; SBA Size is 1250 employees. All bidders must complete and sign / date the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers.ï¿½ We will not be able to accept a quote unless we receive a signed / dated SF1449 to go with the quote.ï¿½ The following documents must be submitted with your bids:ï¿½ ï¿½ï¿½ 1.ï¿½ SF1449 (filled in, completed, and signed as specifically instructed below) 2.ï¿½ Company Quote The SF1449 is attached in 2 formats for your convenience (WORD ï¿½ and ï¿½ PDF).ï¿½ However, you only need to complete ONE.ï¿½ It must be completed as followsï¿½ PAGE 1:ï¿½ Block 30a, b, & c (must be signed / dated; will not accept w/o it) - - Digital Card signature is acceptable.ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ PAGE 3: ï¿½The Unit Price -and- Amount Totalï¿½ PAGE 6: ï¿½On Clause# 52.204-8ï¿½ï¿½ a.ï¿½ SCROLL DOWN and check the slot that says ï¿½Paragraph (d) appliesï¿½.ï¿½ Do NOT fill anything else if you checked it.ï¿½ It means your company is registered in SAM.gov.ï¿½ ï¿½ b.ï¿½ï¿½If youï¿½re not fully registered in SAM.gov,ï¿½ you must check the slot that says ï¿½ï¿½Paragraph (d) does not applyï¿½ and complete the ENTIRE document.ï¿½ NOTE 1:ï¿½ You must submit your own company quote.ï¿½ However, it must be with a signed / dated SF1449 (no exceptions) NOTE 2:ï¿½ If you add SHIPPING COSTS, it must be INCLUDED into the cost of the item -and- the quote must be FOB DESTINATION.ï¿½ We will not be able to accept a quote it if it's FOB ORIGIN.ï¿½ NOTE 3:ï¿½ ï¿½Any interested party that believes can meet our requirement must do so in accordance with the specific info from PAGE 3 of the Solicitation (SF1449).ï¿½ Please do notï¿½submit quotes with ï¿½Upgradesï¿½, ï¿½Better Versionï¿½, nor ï¿½Newer Modelsï¿½.ï¿½ Do not make changes, recommendations, nor provide quotes with specs that do not match what we specifically requested.ï¿½ Failure to follow these detailed instructions will be seen as ï¿½Non-Responsive, which means you could very easily be excluded as a potential source.
