- This notice is being published in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract using FAR 6.302-3 Industrial mobilization; engineering, developmental or Research capability; or expert services.� �Authority 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(3). This is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The United States Marshals Service (USMS) intends to award a Labor Hour contract with Resolution Economics Group, LLC (UEI: FWEBDPMJ19S3) for the continuation of expert litigation support services and data analytics for an ongoing Department of Justice (DOJ) EEOC class action suit and settlement. The estimated award is February 1, 2024. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services with a small business size standard of $19.5M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is R418 Support-Professional Legal. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information, or a copy of the solicitation, will not be considered a response to this Special Notice. However, all responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement in response to this notice, which if received timely, must be considered by the agency. All capability statements must be submitted to Deloyce Barrington, Contracting Officer, via email only at deloyce.barrington@usdoj.gov no later than December 28, 10:00 AM ET. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. No other information regarding this Special Notice will be provided at this time.
