Description

The VA RHCC in Casa Grande AZ. currently leases 2684 rentable square feet (RSF) of space at 1179 E. Cottonwood Lane Casa Grande, AZ known as the Casa Grande RHCC.� The Casa Grande RHCC�s Lease expires on July 31, 2024 The Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to continue occupancy in accordance with (IAW) the authority outlined in General Services Administration Acquisition Manual (GSAM) 570.402 Succeeding Leases.� However, the VA is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, and that otherwise the VA intends to pursue a sole source acquisition.� The VA will take in consideration the cost of moving, alterations, and other factors when determining whether to relocate.�
