Ft. (ABOA): 23,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,000 Space Type: Office, special use warehouse space and 24/7 operational center Parking Spaces (Total): 31 Parking Spaces (Surface): 31 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 31 Full Term: 240 months Firm Term: 180 months Additional Requirements: Space shall not be collocated in buildings or areas that handle, store, or ship hazardous materials (HAZMAT). Canine service dogs allowed in the facility. 2,000-3,000 USF of warehouse storage. EV charging stations for Government vehicles. Visitor parking for local hiring events. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Land submissions requiring construction must provide the following information in the expression of interest for further consideration: Ownership or site control.
