- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The internal RFQ number is N0018924Q0031. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-01 (effective 14 November 2023) and DFARS Publication Notice 20231025 (effective 25 October 2023). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov/far/ https://www.acquisition.gov/dfars The associated North American Industrial Classification System NAICS code is 812320 and the Small Business Standard is $8,000,000.00. �This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit quotes. �All questions must be received by 1:00 PM, Thursday, 7 December 2023. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and award� a single-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity type contract with Firm, Fixed-Price (FFP) provisions.
