- The U.S. Government desires to procure BPA EMERGENCY CLEAN UP on a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).� This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does NOT constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future.� This notice does NOT commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to the sources sought notice.� The U.S. Government will NOT pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder.� Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued.� The purpose of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Ordering Procedure is to provide the U.S. Army West Point, West Point Directorate of Public Works (DPW in the requirement for SERVICS in ordering for BPA EMERGENCY CLEAN UP against the established BPAs described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated NAICS code(s) is/are: 561720 Janitorial Services A need is anticipated for the BPA EMERGENCY CLEAN UP against the established BPAs described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). In response to this sources sought, please provide: Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, SAM UEI number, CAGE code, and the corresponding NAICS code. Identify whether your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor or not.� BPA Requirements: � USMA/DPW has multiple buildings that have required emergency clean up due to broken pipes, natural disaster, etc. � Preliminary Work includes but is not limited to the cleaning of floors, rugs, ceilings, walls, vents, ducts, grates, and any other affected areas. Work shall include any required mopping, pumping, extraction or removal of dirt, debris, sewage, or water. Work shall further include cleaning of blood or other bodily fluids resulting from injuries sustained from any situation where such items have contaminated an otherwise clean area. � Information to help determine if the requirement for BPA EMERGENCY CLEAN UP is commercially available, including pricing information, basis for the pricing information (e.g., market pricing, catalog pricing), delivery schedules, customary terms and conditions, warranties, etc. Recommendations to improve the approach/specifications/draft PWS/PRS to acquiring the identified items/services.
