Description

The U. S Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a 5-year full-service lease beginning on or after February 1, 2024.� Location of the property must be within 12-mile radius of Fort Eisenhower�s main gate and located in the State of Georgia.� The space should contain approximately 30,000 � 35,000 square feet (SF) of office space to include approximately 12 conference rooms, 1 women�s restroom, 1 men�s restroom, 3 classrooms, 1 modular use room, 12 private offices, workspaces for no less than 150 fulltime employees, 150 parking spaces for privately owned vehicles, plus additional parking for visitors. The property should also have all public utilities and municipal services available, good access and visibility, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations, along with all safety and security standards set forth in the lease. Must use Government Lease. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR REAL ESTATE REPRESENTATION. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) prior to award of a contract. All proposed contractors are highly encouraged to review FAR Clause 52.232-33 Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer � System for Award Management, which indicates �All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT).� Those not currently registered can obtain registration by going to the website http://www.SAM.gov. The process can usually be completed from 24 to 48 hours after submission. Contractors will need to obtain a Unique Entity Identifier (formerly DUNS number) for processing their registration.
