Description

AMENDMENT 0003:�The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to incorporate the newly required FAR provision 52.204-29 and FAR clauses 52.204-30 into the solicitation. AMENDMENT 0002:�The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to replace Attachment 2 - Verified Equipment List with Attachment 2 - Gate Fence Equipment List and to extend the Closing Date of this Solicitation. AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide Questions and Answers submitted in response to this solicitation. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)/Time and Materials (T&M) contract for Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Support Services for DLA Distribution Norfolk, VA (DDNV). The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, test equipment, materials, transportation, transportation permits and supervision necessary to perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) (unscheduled) support services on gates, controllers, motorized traffic barriers, hydraulic arm and fences, and all repair and/or replacement parts necessary to keep equipment in good operating. The services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1), Equipment List (Attachment 2), and Maintenance Task List (Attachment 3).
