THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE � THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT�S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE-SOURCE AWARD TO REST EASY, LLC FOR LODGING SERVICES. Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Leavenworth, KS intends to issue a sole source, Blanket Purchase Agreement with firm fixed pricing for lodging on Fort Leavenworth, KS, to Rest Easy LLC (SAM Unique Entity ID: YKCCFKGJ65F9 CAGE: 5MRM6). The United States Army requires lodging on Fort Leavenworth for specific professional development courses and other training. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is established in addition to other existing off post lodging BPAs where the Government will adhere to purchase limitations set forth within each �Agreement� and not otherwise exceed limitations contained under FAR Subpart 13.303-5. All existing lodging BPAs are established to due to recurring requirements and where possible, all lodging BPAs will be considered. Rest Easy LLC, aka IHG, is the sole provider of lodging on the Fort Leavenworth installation. This procurement will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.303-2 under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 721110 � Lodging (except casino hotels) with a Small Business Size Standard of $40 Million. The PSC code is V213 � Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Lodging, Hotel/Motel This is a commercial service. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
