Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Pennsylvania City: Philadelphia Delineated Area:�Beginning at the intersection of the Delaware River and the Pennsylvania Turnpike, head west on the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Philmont Avenue. Follow Philmont Avenue southwest to Pine Road. Continue on Pine Road southwest to Welsh Road. Follow Welsh Road to Pine Road. Continue on Pine Road until Oxford Avenue. Follow Oxford Avenue couth to Hashbrook Avenue. Take Hashbrook Avenue south to Central Avenue. Follow Central Avenue to Cottman Avenue, then follow Cottman Ave east to the Delaware River. Follow the Delaware River north to the point of origin. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 116,777 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 120,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Reserved, Surface): 146 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 3 years Additional Requirements: Occupancy required by 12/1/2024 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-Year� floodplain). The U.S. Government occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Philadelphia, PA that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
