SDVOSBC Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)
 

Description

This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement to a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under FAR 19.14. This requirement is for Position Description Development and Classification Software Subscription in support of Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Administration and Resources (AR) Division. This requirement combines artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics process automation (RPA) technology for human resource functions using classification standards to determine and assign the titles, series and grades of positions and the development and classification of PDs for the full range of Federal pay systems including GS, GM, GL, GP, GG and GR pay plans. The applicable NAICS Code is 541519- Other Computer Related Services. The USMC Regional Contracting Office (RCO) � Marine Corps Installations-National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA intends to award a sole source contract to Anasec, Inc. (CAGE Code 3ERQ8), 125 Woodstream Blvd STE 204, Stafford, VA 22556. The MCI-NCR RCO intends to award this requirement under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition 15 U.S.C. 657f, addressed at FAR 19.1401(a), allowing a contracting officer to award a sole source contract to any small business concern owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses shall be emailed to Melissa Chabot at melissa.chabot@usmc.mil no later than 11 December 2023, 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Late responses will not be considered.
