Description

The OAS intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase�order, sole source award.�This notice is not a formal Request for Quotes (RFQ), and no contract will result from this notice,�nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services.The OAS requires preventative maintenance and support services for Illumina MiSeq M06667 and�NovaSeq A01000 lab instruments in Atlanta, GA.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 811210 and PSC�of J066 with a size standard of $30M.The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to Illumina, Inc. Competition is being�limited because Illumina, Inc is the only source capable of performing the required maintenance due�to proprietary knowledge of the equipment. Points of contacts is Robin C.
