- Southwest Coastal Louisiana Nonstructural Coastal Storm Risk Management Project Summary of Work: This project is a two-phase design-build to provide design and construction activities to elevate twenty-two (22) designated residential structures in southwestern coastal Louisiana (LA). Residential structures will be elevated to the 100-year base flood elevation based on year 2075 hydrology in three (3) parishes: Cameron, Calcasieu, and Vermilion.� Two-Phase Design-Build - Competitive 8(a) Best Value with trade-offs Request for Proposal NAICS: 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction Estimated Range: Between $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00
