Description: Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA)� to execute the procurement of modification kits to the M1070A1 Heavy Equipment Transporter System (HETS) Tractor from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Oshkosh Defense, LLC (Oshkosh) of Oshkosh, Wisconsin . The contract length will be five years plus three one-year option periods.
