Description
The fire alarm systems at the White House Service Center require 24 hour phone line monitoring by FPS Megacenter.� The configuration on these dialers were incorrect and� not�meeting the 24 hour fire system monitoring requirement.The White House Service Center had an emergency funding request and notice to proceed for the repair and testing of Fire Alarm System Dialers at the Jackson Place Complex, 1724 Fst, White House, and Winder Building (DC0122AA, DC0048ZZ, DC0017ZZ, DC0078ZZ).� The emergency repairs included the reconfiguration of the EST3-MODCOM dialers and perform a 10% confidence test with a third party fire protection engineer.�
