Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. PURSUANT TO FAR 52.03(a), THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT�S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO AT&T FOR INTERNET PROTOCOL SERVICES. The United States Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Services (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to AT&T Corp., 3033 Chain Bridge Rd., Oakton, VA 22185 to provide Internet Protocol Services. DIU requires internet support services to provide agencies with interconnection to public ISP networks and other Government networks across the public Internet. The period of performance is estimated to be for a twelve-month base period with Two (2) 12-month option periods in accordance with FAR 52.217-9, �Option to Extend the Term of the Contract�. The Government intends to keep the period of performance as short as possible; however, use of the extension may be necessary to provide maximum support services during any unforeseen events. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of�FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), �for purchases not�exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, contracting officers may solicit from onesource if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action�deem only one source reasonably available.""� This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice via email to ronica.l.shelton.civ@mail.mil, with a file size less than 5MB, Subject Line: Response to NOI SRC112720231023 no later than 10:00 am EST, 30 November 2023. �All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
