- The Development Multiple Award Contract (DevMAC) Reboot is a critical component of the Defense Healthcare Management System (DHMS) Program Executive Office (PEO) 3.0 digital transformation strategy, focused on producing teams of effective builders composing a world-class technology organization, well suited to adapt and evolve with the rapidly changing and on-demand environment around the Defense and Health ecosystem. The DevMAC aims to give the government access to a pool of elite technologists and a flexible marketplace for industry partners, developers, engineers, and more, ready to swarm on critical issues facing DHMS today. DHMS-Contracting Division (CD) is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals for this requirement. This notice should not be construed as a commitment of any type by the Government to take or not take any action. Please note DHMS-CD will not be responsible for any costs incurred by any entity which provides and/or attempts to provide information in response to this synopsis. Please review the attached data and then provide responses back leveraging Attachment 1 and Attachment 2 by Nov 29, 2023 by 5:00 PM EST.� Please keep responses to only the information requested.� The targetted responses will be used to create a notaional task order strategy.� Once that is developed we will then start workong on finishing the Scope and Ordering Guide, Pricing Strategy, and Evaluation Criteria. Once again, the Government is trying to accelerate this effort.� The Government does not plan to post Questions and Answers.� The Government wioll review comments submitted to continue to develop the RFP.� Industry will have a chance to review draft documents as they are developed and offer comments at that time.� If the Government determines there is an area not clear to a large segment of industry, we will post communications to provide clarity or seek more feedback.�� Finally, more details concerning the milestone schedule will be provided at a later date.
