Description
SPECIAL NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 12) Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with FOUR POINTS TECHNOLOGY, Chantilly, VA, Onsite Clinical Consulting and Training for existing Hill-Rom Centrak system for the following Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 12 facility: Tomah VA Medical Center, Tomah, Wisconsin. Services shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, provisions, and schedule of the contract. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This will be a firm fixed price contract for one service period of three days. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 611420 Computer software training, Software App Training. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements, and is an approved Hill-Rom training provider, it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as documentation on Hill-Rom letterhead showing they are an approved Hill-Rom training provider. Information and documentation must be provided to the Contracting Officer by 10:00 AM (CST) November 22, 2023. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Responses received will be evaluated however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Contracting Officer will proceed with the sole source negotiation with FOUR POINTS TECHNOLOGY.
