- Description
- The National Park Service is seeking sources for lease, weekly cleaning (to include liquid hand sanitizer refilling), and pumping of ADA/standard porta potties for areas throughout Mount Rainier National Park. Interested offerors will be able to provide requested units no later than December 4th, 2023 at firm fixed-prices for not to exceed one year. Areas to provide units fall within King, Pierce and Lewis counties of Washington State. Units shall be made available within 48 hours of request by an authorized Park staff member phone call or e-mail. Please provide a list of subcontractor(s) if applicable capable of provide units within boundaries of Mount Rainier National Park. Pickup/delivery charges $_____ with a minimum/ of ____ maximum of _____ units per trip. ADA units $____ ea for day, $____ ea for week, $____ ea for month. Standard units $____ ea for day, $____ ea for week, $____ ea for month. Weekly pumping services $____ ea Delivery Tickets: All shipments under the purchase order/contract shall be accompanied by a PDF invoice (to be submitted monthly through the IPP.gov website) that contain the following minimum information: Name of supplier; Purchase order/contract number; Date of purchase; Purchase number; Itemized list of supplies or services furnished; Quantity, unit price and extension of each item, less applicable discounts; and Date of delivery or shipment. Invoices: When billing procedures provide for an individual invoice for each delivery, these invoices shall be accumulated provided that� A consolidated payment will be made for each specified period; and The period of any discounts will commence on the final date of the billing period or on the date of receipt of invoices for all deliveries accepted during the billing period, whichever is later. All responsible sources must submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The capability statement must include and meet the minimum qualifications stated herein in order to be considered for award: 1. Technical Capability a. Immediate Response: Furnish the maximum number of units the Respondent can deliver and set up IAW with delivery on December 4, 2023. Furnish the maximum number of operational units of portable sanitary stations it can provide and how many adults it can service daily. Respondent must be able to furnish an adequate number of units to support an unknown number of adults per day dependent upon staff needs. All Respondents must state the specific Zones and entire states within boundaries of MORA that the Respondent is capable of servicing. Past Performance Respondent must demonstrate at least a satisfactory level of past performance of furnishing this service within the last three (3) years, as of the closing date of this notice. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the contractor�s ability, capability and responsibility to provide the services listed above. In response to this notice, interested parties shall submit a written Statement of Capability limited to 2 pages and shall include the following information: 1) Contractors name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address and SAM.gov UEI. 2) Contractors interest in providing a quote should the solicitation be issued. 3) Contractors capability to meet the requirements. 4) Contractors small business type and whether they qualify for a socio-economic category (i.e 8(a), HUB-Zone, Women-Owned Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, etc) 5) Be sure to note the Source Sought Notice #DOIPFBO240007 in the subject line of your email. Email this information to hal_hoversten@nps.gov by November 27, 2023, 1200 Pacific Standard. Responses to this Sources Sought notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requested. The Government is not obligated to, or will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought notice. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government may cancel this solicitation/acquisition in its entirety.
