- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The Defense Information Systems Agency/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization/PL8212 is seeking information from industry to assist with the development and planning of a potential new requirement. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP). NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. Overview/Purpose/ Description of Procurement The Defense Information Systems Agency is requesting information on the procurement, provisioning, and packaging of Cisco WebEx or similar voice services for (350) Government Furnished Cisco 8861 VoIP Phones at temporary locations around the globe. �The Agency is seeking product and services information along with general cost from qualified vendors for purchasing and provisioning of the below services.� � �Scope of Effort DISA is seeking a general cost estimate from qualified vendors for provisioning of (350) government furnished Cisco 8861 VoIP Phones. This effort is inclusive of the following: Updating government furnished equipment (GFE) to Cisco Multiplatform Firmware (MPP) designed for WebEx Calling or similar VoIP applications Provide a management interface similar or equal to Cisco Control Hub which provides a holistic view of all VoIP services (Management, Administration, provisioning, and Trouble Shooting) Provide initial setup / configuration of government VoIP travel groups Provide a training class on the centralized management and administration of phones Provided a reimbursable CLIN for international calls outside license area Technical Characteristics Government will manage the day-to-day Cloud VoIP services� Vendor shall program all phones with (350) consecutive numbers within the government desired area code Vendor shall purchase all necessary licenses/services required to support both CONUS and OCONUS calling Vendor shall ensure that standard licenses and services are inclusive of Unlimited local & domestic long distance. Domestic long distance shall be inclusive of U.S (to include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands), Canada, and Mexico Vendor shall provide a reimbursable CLIN for international calls outside agreed upon domestic long-distance services.� All long distance should be unrestricted, if fraud is suspected customer shall be contacted prior to any call blocking Vendor shall provide a training class on the centralized management and administration of phones Cloud VoIP system must be designed to support routine short-term deployments with no additional configuration Cloud VoIP Provider must have a robust Global footprint design to auto route authorized phones to the nearest datacenter to minimized latency and call quality issues Cloud VoIP Provider shall have redundant service instances worldwide to ensure the best available globally Cloud VoIP provider services must utilize existing GFE devices (Cisco 8861 VoIP Phones) Cloud VoIP management system must support rapid phone provision, troubleshooting and Monitoring capability Requested Information History of past performance providing similar solutions to other DoD organizations Anticipated lead time for delivery of describe items�� Provide a detail cost estimate for configuration, licensing, labor, and service cost Business name and address Name of company representative and their business title Cost estimate for providing the capabilities described above Business Size (for small businesses include small business category) Cage Code North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code� Contract vehicles available that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product and service Response Guidelines: Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with a white paper. Submissions cannot exceed 15 pages, single spaced, 12-point type with at least one-inch margins on 8 1/2� X 11� page size.� The response should not exceed a 5 MB e-mail limit for all items associated with the RFI response.� Responses must specifically describe the contractor�s capability to meet the requirements outlined in this RFI.� Oral communications are not permissible.� SAM.gov will be the sole repository for all information related to this RFI. Companies who wish to respond to this RFI should send responses via email no later than 18 December 2023 at 1300 CST to Amanda Romanitis, amanda.m.romanitis.civ@mail.mil. Industry Discussions: DISA representatives may choose to meet with potential offerors and hold one-on-one discussions. �Such discussions would only be intended to obtain further clarification of potential capability to meet the requirements, including any development and certification risks. Questions: Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to Amanda Romanitis, amanda.m.romanitis.civ@mail.mil. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted.� Answers to questions will be posted to SAM.gov.� The Government does not guarantee that questions received after 04 December 2023 at 1300 CST will be answered.� The Government will not reimburse companies for any costs associated with the submissions of their responses Disclaimer:� This RFI is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. �Responses will not be considered as proposals nor will any award be made as a result of this synopsis. Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials.� All information received in this RFI that is marked �Proprietary� will be handled accordingly.� Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned nor will receipt be confirmed. �In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
