Description
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate International Programs Division (HNAI) supports airborne network integration across coalition and allies/ militaries. A primary network HNAI supports integration in is Link 16. The Chilean government has submitted a Letter of Request (LoR) for Pricing and Availability (P&A) for three Link 16 Ground Entry Point Stations (Network Nodes). AFLCMC/HNAI is seeking information on options to support this request. Each node is to include one (1) Command Center and one (1) Ground Entry Point. AFLCMC/HNAI is also seeking information on options for several potential new requirements. These capabilities, as described below, must seamlessly integrate with the existing software suite: Two of the nodes are intended to be fixed. The third node is intended to be transportable and utilized at any site. 1. Fixed Site #1 will work as a network node baseline. It will consist of remote site (Ground Entry Point) for radio and networking to Fixed Site #1, considering JREAP C. 2. Fixed Site #2 will follow the same concept. Each of these nodes must provide Command and Control, Remote Maintenance, and Ground Entry Point functionality. 3. One (1) Transportable Node is required to be moved Country wide to provide Command and Control and Ground Entry Point capability. All three (3) Nodes must integrate with the LVT-11 BU-2 terminals and Type 1 Encryptors which will be pre-existing and US Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). (All LVT-11 BU-2 ancillary equipment except the terminals is to be provided by the contractor, including antenna, cooling trays, cables, mounts, and other ancillary items.)
