36C78624Q50021| Pikes Peak Waste Management -- S205 Waste Management 933. Copy of IGE and Statement of Work attached. The National Cemetery Administration is looking for interested parties who wish to submit an offer for the collection and disposal of solid waste and recyclables that are generated on Government owned and Government operated premises at Pikes Peak National Cemetery, Colorado Spring, CO 80925 Period of Performance: Date of Award � 365 days plus (4) one-year options if exercised The specific requirement for recyclables is for the collection and transport to a certified recycling center, of newspaper, magazines, catalogs, phonebooks, office & computer paper, paperboard, cardboard, plastic containers #1 thru #7, metal food and beverage cans, foil wrap and aluminum pans, milk, juice and soup cartons, glass bottles and jars on Government-owned and Government-operated premises at Pikes Peak NC. Specific questions about the site must be submitted to the contracting officer via email at -Baron.Toms@va.gov. No later than 2:00PM EDT on 11/15/2023. Evaluation Process: The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract, resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 (b)(1). Quotes will be evaluated to determine the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: Pricing: The total sum of all CLINs for the base and four options, will represent the total evaluated price. Past performance. The proposal must clearly indicate that the offeror has performed adequate planning to accomplish the hauling and dumping operation as defined in the Work Statement. Planning: Proposal must include a complete plan to accomplish each requirement, including subcontracting? Offeror�s plan must demonstrate that appropriate personnel and equipment will be positioned efficiently to carry out the requirements Quotes shall be submitted via email to the following address: Email: Baron.Toms@va.gov Electronic submissions shall be in either Microsoft Word or Adobe pdf platforms. Compressed files and/or Zip files will be rated as technically unacceptable and removed from consideration.
