Description

Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West (MRCO-W) intends to issue a sole-source contract to Agilent Technologies Inc. for maintenance of an Agilent Autostainer Link 48 located at Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH), Fort Carson, Colorado.� The sole-source contract will have a period of performance of 1 December 2023 through 30 November 2026, inclusive of all option periods. The NAICS code is 811210 with size standard of $34,000,000.00. The solicitation number is W81K00-24-Q-0009, and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification & Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT DOES NOT SERVEAS A SOLICITATION. All responses received by 21 November 2023 (at 11:00 pm Central Time) in response to this NOI will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to not compete an interim purchase, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
