The Period of Performance is updated to one twelve (12) month base period with two (2) twelve (12) month option periods. All previous submitted quotations are no longer valid and must be resubmitted/updated to reflect the change. Updated Quotations shall be submitted no later than 01:00 PM EST on November 21, 2023 via email to Tamara George, Contract Specialist, at Tamara.S.George@nga.mil, and Erika Hessler, Contracting Officer at Erika.S.Hessler@nga.mil. The updated RFQ is attached and Titled HM047624Q0001 Amendment 01 11-15-23. Section 4 in the RFQ is updated to reflect the changes made to the requirements document previously posted to this solicitation and titled ""REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENT_DLCA_16OCT2023.doc�. ******************************************************************************************************************* 10/30/2023: Amendment 0002: Updated Q&A document posted. Question #5 added. ************************************************************************************************************* 10/16/2023: Amendment 0001: Q&A document and updated Requirements document posted. ************************************************************************************************************* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is HM047624Q0001 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-01. This RFQ is issued as a small business set aside under the NAICS code 541511, Professional and Management Development Training, with a size standard of $34.0 million. A description of the required services can be found in the attached Requirements Document as well as the quantities for each year. FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial, and FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation � Commercial Items, apply to this RFQ.� Evaluation criteria and additional clauses are in the attached RFQ. Please include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 � Offeror Representations and Certifications � Commercial Items with your offer. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders � Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.� The additional FAR, DFAR and NARI clauses area included in the attached RFQ. Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing via email to Tamara George, Contract Specialist, at Tamara.S.George@nga.mil, and Erika Hessler, Contracting Officer at Erika.S.Hessler@nga.mil no later than 1:00 PM EST on October 13, 2023.� The Government will make every effort to provide responses prior to the quotation due date. Quotations shall be submitted no later than 04:00 PM EST on November 03, 2023 via email to Tamara George, Contract Specialist, at Tamara.S.George@nga.mil, and Erika Hessler, Contracting Officer at Erika.S.Hessler@nga.mil . Vendors are reminded that they shall have an active registration in the System for Award Management to be considered for award.� The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.� The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:� Technical capability of the offer to meet the Government requirement and Price.��
