Description

Small Business Networking Event and APEX Accelerators program presentation -The event is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 9:30AM (AST) virtually via �Google Meet Video Conferencing�. -This will be an opportunity for small business firms to provide a three (3) minute presentation of their firm�s background and/or experience. The NAICS code for the CMc Solicitation is 236220. The CMc Solicitation has a requirement that the prime firm subcontracts out a portion of the work to small businesses. As a result, we want to conduct small business networking events in order for the potential offerors to have access to these small business firms. In addition, the APEX Accelerators program (formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program-PTAC) will also be conducting a presentation.� -A presentation is not mandatory. If we call out your firm's name and do not want to present, just let us know to continue to the next firm on the list. -In order to participate, please submit company name, participants (name, email, phone number) via email to Natalia Lugo-Vina at Natalia.Lugo-VinaCruz@gsa.gov. The order of the presentations of firms will be based on your confirmation email to GSA ranked by date/time of receipt. -The presentation will be conducted in English. -We will have a timer being shown during the presentation of each participant. -You may use a visual aid presentation, but the three (3) minute timer will begin immediately once it is your turn to present. -The participants' point of contact information will be shared via email once the event is finalized. If you would like to share your capabilities document (one (1) page max) with all the participants, please send it via email to Natalia.Lugo-VinaCruz@gsa.gov.
