The responses to this Sources Sought will be utilized to determine if any competitive opportunities exist for the requirement described herein.� All submissions will be considered.� In addition, this market research tool is being used to identify potential and eligible firms, of all sizes, prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation. INTRODUCTION The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure, on a brand name/limited source basis, for cable/wire totaling 5,000 feet each of the 20 AWG, 22 AWG, and 24 AWG Orange Cable; 1000 feet of 14 AWG and 16 AWG cables. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.� It is a market research tool being used to determine potential sources capable of providing the support described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. ELIGIBILITY The PSC for this requirement is 6145; the NAICS is 332618. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond.� Specifically, the Government is evaluating the possibility of establishing this requirement as a competitive procurement.� ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The anticipated ordering period for this requirement is to be determined (TBD).� �ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TYPE This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. The Government will not pay for any information received.� REQUIREMENTS See attached SOW.� SUBMITTAL INFORMATION Please provide the following information with your quote: CAGE Code: UEI #: Payment Terms of NET 30. Pricing - are these items on a commercial published, on-line, or internal Price list. If available on a price list provide a copy.�� All price listings�� will be kept confidential. If not available on a price list please provide information on how pricing is determined� (example: item cost+ %, labor rate and materials, etc.) Estimated Delivery Date or Period of Performance: Invoicing and payment will be made thru Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), TERMS: NET 30.
