Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the Department of the Treasury, intends to issue a sole source contract utilizing FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items to Trade Center Management Associates, LLC, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004-3002.� The contract will be to utilize the Ronald Reagan International Building and Trade Center to host the OCC's All Employees Conference during August 4 - 16, 2023. The OCC requires space for 1,800 conference attendees each week.� Additional rooms, such as break out rooms, reception area, executive office rooms, are also required.� AV and Food and Beverage items are included in this contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; a solicitation document will not be isued.� All information received by requested date with pricing and sufficient technical documenation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC.� A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC.� Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
