- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation or a Request for Quotation (RFQ)/Proposal/Bid and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice.� There is not a �solicitation and no specifications or drawings are available at this time.� The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. The Government is seeking to identify domestic businesses of all sizes that work in the ACMD-H realm with the interest and capacity to develop capabilities. Supporting documents with more details will be provided to those who respond and meet the security requirements listed below. NORAD and USNORTHCOM�s (N&NC) J8 Directorate (Requirements, Analysis, and Resources) is offering information to businesses that are able to contribute to Domain Awareness in support of ACMD-H as they relate to the NORAD mission, Aerospace Warning; and, the USNORTHCOM Homeland Defense mission.� Domain Awareness is created through a network of sensors and systems that provide persistent and complete battle-space awareness, from subsurface to space and cyberspace. Distribution of the documentation is at the discretion of NORAD and USNORTHCOM/J8 personnel.� ��A business with interest must contact N&NC/J8 Points of Contact (POCs) listed under the POC section to be considered for document-release (NIPR E-Mail is preferred).� Minimum requirements that N&NC/J8 will consider before providing supporting documents will be confirmation of the following: 1) business member has a current security clearance up to SECRET//NOFORN, 2) business member has a need-to-know, and 3) business member has a current SIPR E-Mail address (no organizational E-mail boxes).� This is a market research tool used to determine availability of business sources. Again, the Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice.� RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 5 December 2023 at 1400 Mountain Standard Time.� Responses shall be sent via email directly to Mr. Brandon Wood at ronald.b.wood6.civ@mail.mil, Mr. Brian Brandow at brian.j.brandow.civ@mail.mil, and Lt Col David �CHiPS� Hernandez (USAF) at david.j.hernandez10.mil@mail.mil.� Please copy all POCs in your correspondence.�
