Description: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Fort Liberty (MICC-FL) has a requirement to procure a non-personal services contract to provide assistance/support with writing three (3) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Security Force Assistance Command (SFAC) G3. The Contractor shall take raw data collected by the SFAC during two military and DA Civilian personnel writers� conferences and ultimately transform the data into three usable publications (350-1, TACSOP, RSOP) for use by SFAC personnel.
