Description

NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND (NAVFACSYSCOM) EUROPE AFRICA CENTRAL (EURAFCENT) COMMAND is seeking potential sources that are capable of providing berthing, office, bathroom, and recreational facilities for up to 200 personnel on a cyclical basis at United States Naval Station Rota, Spain. The berthing facilities can be utilized by multiple ships as they rotate in and out of maintenance. These facilities are to be placed at two locations on Pier 1 for 75 males and 25 females (Total population of 150 males and 50 females). Potable water, sanitary sewer, electricity and fire protection must be provided to the levels specified in this work statement at each location. Location of these facilities is vital, and close proximity to the ship is required in order to provide appropriate response time to any shipboard emergencies. Provide these facilities on Pier 1 at the locations and within the allotted footprint designated by the contracting officer. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 531390 with a size standard of $19.5 Million . This Sources Sought Notice is requesting responses to the following criteria from all vendors that can provide the required services in Rota, Spain. The Navy intends to solicit and award a single-award. The anticipated award date is March 2024; with a delivery date of July 2024. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation, and any attachments, at https://www.sam.gov under �contract opportunities� when it becomes available. Potential sources are encouraged to provide the Contracting Officer with a capabilities statement describing how they can effectively meet the requirements of the system described and are invited to submit qualifications information; limited to five (5) pages (8 1/2� x 11�). Include the Agency/Customer who issued the contract, contract number, duration of the contract, description of the work performed, and total dollar amount or maximum amount of the contract. �Comments on the draft statement of work may be included. Please submit no later than 22 November 2023 11:00 AM Central European Time (CET).
