Description
The Orlando VA Healthcare System has a requirement for 4,158 NUSF of office space in Melbourne, Florida for a Veterans Center. Offered space can be on no more than one floor. On-site parking for 20 vehicles is required, of which at least 2 spaces must be ADA compliant. A full-service lease for up to 20 years with 5 Firm term will be considered. Proposed Property shall not be located within the 100-year flood plain. To be considered, space must be in Proximity to amenities and building support services such as public transportation within or bordering/facing the delineated area as follows: North: Ellis Rd./ W. Nasa Blvd. South: Palm Bay Rd NE West: St. Johns Heritage Pkwy East: S Harbor City Blvd To be included in initial considerations, interested offerors shall address ALL of the following when responding to this advertisement/announcement. 1. Proposed Property address with a map showing property within the delineated area. 2. Name, phone number and email address of Property Owner. Note, if responding and you are not the property owner, i.e., broker, provide written statement from property owner (owner letterhead) authorizing you to represent the owner. 3. Documentation evidencing that proposed property is outside the 100-year flood plain. 4. Documentation delineating the cost advantages to the Government for relocating to proposed space. 5. Documentation delineating offerors ability to meet all the Governments requirements identified in this advertisement/announcement. 6. Amount of space offered. 7. Cost; i.e., $/NUSF. Identify base rent cost figure and operating cost figure, together these figures equal the total NUSF cost. 8. Number of parking spaces. Note, the above figures are minimums, there is no maximum. 9. Date space is available. 10. Other pertinent information. VA staff will conduct a market survey of properties meeting the above requirements.
