- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. No contract will be awarded from this announcement, and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. This notice is a market research tool used to obtain information only and to identify contractors who possess the capabilities to provide items as specified below. The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) Aviation Classification Repair Activity Depot (AVCRAD) is performing this market research to aid in the development of its acquisition approach. This is a Sources Sought notice to identify companies with the product availability or manufacturing capability and interest in competing for a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order Contract to provide Multi-Platform Anti-Jam GPS Navigation Antenna (MAGNA) system antenna bases in specific quantity for the purpose of equipping the MOARNG UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter fleet with MAGNA-F capabilities.� Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. The specific detail and quantity requirements are below: CLIN 0001) MAGNA-F Antenna Base � 34ea Base, Antenna Support (See Attached Drawing) Pre-Preg Layup and Cure IAW Park Electrochemical, process spec E765 PS1000 and Ply Table Filler materials shall be wet sanded with clean 20 grit abrasive paper. Curing of laminate and again after all machining operations are completed, visually inspect fairing IAW ASTM D2563 acceptance Level III All undimensioned feathers shall have a profile tolerance of .060 as applicable. Prepare FN 6 using Part A and Part B mixture ratio of 100:24 by weight and cure at ambient temp for 24hr. POT life is 90 min @ 72deg F. Prepare FN 7 using part A and Part B mixture ration of 100:2 by weight. Tack free (MINUTES AFTER GELATION) 10 min. Finishing schedule (MINUTES AFTER GELATION) 15-25 min. POT LIFE is 5-6 min @ 77�F. Prepare FN 7 (ALTN) using part A and part B mixture ration of 100:50 by weight./ Cure for 24hr at greater than 77deg F. After 5hrs @ 77deg F, the compound may be sanded and painted. POT LIFE is 30min @ 77deg F. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: As permitted by FAR Part 10, interested parties are invited to respond to this Sources Sought by submitting a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating the capacity to provide the items listed above in the specified quantities. The capability package must be complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the vendor�s ability to provide the required parts. Please note that your submittal shall not exceed five (5) pages. Submit your completed responses no later than 17 November 2023 to the Contract Specialist, Douglas �Bo� Young, via email at douglas.m.young4.civ@army.mil and Contracting Officer, Craig Lueckenotto, via email at craig.l.lueckenotto.civ@army.mil The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from the potential sources as a result of this synopsis. The documentation shall address, at a minimum, the following: A. COMPANY PROFILE. To include: (1) Company name and address; (2) Year the firm was established and number of employees; (3) Names of two principals to contact (including title, telephone and email addresses); (4) Unique Entity ID; (6) CAGE Code; and (7) Positive assertion indicating registration in SAM.GOV. B. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE. Include experience in providing orders of these types of products in similar quantities within the last eight (8) years. The following Government or commercial information shall be provided for each of your references: (1) Contract Number and Title; (2) Name of Contracting Activity; (3) Contracting Officer�s Name, Telephone Number and/or email address: (4) Contracting Officer�s Primary Point of Contact, telephone and email address; (5) Previous Contract Date and Value. C. LEAD TIME. The Government is contemplating delivery of these parts within ninety (90) days of contract award. Would you consider this an adequate amount of time? If not, what period of time would you estimate and on what is your estimation based? D. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, if any, that the responders believe to be relevant to this requirement.
