- This is a Sources Sought Notice and is for information purposes only.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTATIONS, OR BIDS.� NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.� The U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Philadelphia District (NAP) is issuing this Sources Sought Announcement for the award of a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) providing Architect/Engineer Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for Master Planning and related services supporting for Tobyhanna Army Depot. Intent of this sources sought is to determine the interest, availability, and capability of Businesses.� The NAICS code for the work described below is 541330 with a small business size standard $22,500,000.� Award of the contract is expected in mid 2024 for a five year (5yr) ordering period.� The intent is to award one contractor a total contract capacity of $20,000,000.� Individual task order values may vary from approximately $150k to $2M. The location of the projects supported by this contract shall be primarily on, or directly affiliated with, the Tobyhanna Army Depot installation. Task Orders under this contract would vary and likely include (but not be limited to): Real Property Master Plan development and updating including: requirements analysis planning charrettes Capital investment strategy Master plan digest Area Development Plan Installation Design Guides MILCON & sustainment Maintenance and Repair (SRM) programming DD 1391 development including economic analysis using PAX and ECONPACK systems Environmental assessment of Environmental Impact Statements (NEPA) Transportation Management Plans Range Planning Utility Studies Products involving a combination of technologies such as CADD, GIS, & Maximo Facility Utilization Studies RPLANS TAB updates Space Planning and management EPRISMs Sustainability and net zero initiatives Master Planning work projects under UFC 2-100-01 Presentations and coordination with various agencies of government including: Presentations Illustrations Studies Reports Technical assistance obtaining approval from regional agencies such as State Historic Preservation Offices and other state / local governing authorities upon the geographic area. To be considered qualified; firms must provide a Statement of Capabilities that meets all of the requirements identified in the provided checklist (see herein). Responses are required no later than 17 November 2023 at 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Responses should be addressed to Brian Cox at brian.w.cox@usace.army.mil. �Responses are limited to 10 pages minimum 11pt font.� Firms interested shall provide the above documentation in one PDF file.
