- Description
- The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469024Q0001, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using NAFI Contract Procedures for the Arts and Crafts Center, Wizard Z1 Computerized Mat Cutting Machine requirement.� This award will be a 120-day period of performance.� This will be a Full and Open requirement under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339999 with a size standard of 550 employees.� Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Salient Characteristics for this requirement which is to deliver the machine as described to Ellsworth AFB, SD. Installation is required.� All questions and comments on this Solicitation must be submitted in writing to adriana.pingel.1@us.af.mil no later than 07 November 2023 by 2:00pm MDT. Please title all emails with questions with the following subject line:� ""Questions_FA469024Q0001 _Solicitation_Wizard Z1 Computerized Mat Cutter"". Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov.� All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation.� Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the NAFI Contract Procedures, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted not later than�2:00pm MDT on 09 November 2023 to adriana.pingel.1@us.af.mil. Please title all submissions with the following subject line: ""Quote_ FA4690024Q0001 _Solicitation_ Wizard Z1 Computerized Mat Cutter"".� Contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement.� The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.� Proposal Submition Information:Offers are due by 09 Nov 2023 at 2:00 PM� (MDT).
