Description

CONTINUATION PAGE The purpose of this modification is to extend the deadline for submitting final questions and the final quotes for the solicitation. The following situations arose that increased the need to push the POP date and the submission due date. All final questions must be submitted by 11/10/2023. NO further questions will be answered after that time. All answers to questions will go out will the final modification of this solicitation. Option Year 4 includes the Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), we have requested permission from the landlords to have an outside contractor (not the landlord) do the work, and until they approve or deny that request, we cannot finalize OY4 for the bid. This will be decided and be published in the final modification of the solicitation as well. Once I have confirmation of the CBOC participation, I will send out the CBOC Equipment lists and maps as well. There will not be any site visits to the CBOCs. Final Modification will be posted to Contract Opportunities on 11/17/2023. All Quotes are due by 12/01/2023.
