- W91278-24-L-0006 PSC: J020 NAICS: 334511 Special Notice � Sole Source Subject: Repairs of RESON T50 Multibeam Description: The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Teledyne RESON 1049 Camino Rios Thousand Oaks, California 91360-2362, under authority of FAR 6.302-1. �USACE Mobile District has a requirement for the repairs and software updates to our RESON multibeam T50. As the original equipment manufacturer, Teledyne RESON possesses all the proprietary design drawings, data, and information related to this equipment. Furthermore, Teledyne RESON has in-depth knowledge, experience, and expertise of how each component functions within the overall system, how the components are installed, and how to best repair the equipment. Teledyne RESON is the only known source available having the ability and experience to repair the RESON T50. It is anticipated that a Firm-Fixed Price, Contract will be awarded. �The NAICS code is 334511, and the size standard is 1350 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement; however, this notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. �All capability statements received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Government and considered.� The notice publication date is 2 November 2023, and the deadline date is 17 November 2023. �However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
