This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is in support of market research and procurement planning being conducted by the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), Washington, DC. This RFI/SSN is for informational and planning purposes only and does not guarantee that this will be competed. The Government assumes NO financial responsibility for any costs incurred. A solicitation package is not available at this time. OBJECTIVE: The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is searching for potential vendors with the capability to perform the requirements set forth in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) entitled �HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL, LABORATORY ANALYSIS,� AND EMERGENCY SERVICES�. The intent of this RFI is to determine if there are available vendors that are capable of performing the work described in the attached draft SOW; and to determine set-aside possibilities for qualified Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women-Owned Small Businesses, 8(a) Business, or HubZone Businesses. NRL anticipates this effort will be performed on a Firm Fixed Price basis.� The anticipated Period of Performance for this requirement will be five years from date of award. The following documents are attached with this RFI: Attachment 01 - Draft SOW CONTRACTOR RESPONSE FORMAT: Interested parties,�at a minimum, shall supply all of the below required information in a Capability Statement. Requested Information/Format: NRL requests potential sources with the capability to fulfill the requirements set forth in the draft SOW, to provide the following information via email.� Response should be limited to no more than 10 pages. Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC) Telephone Number, Address and e-mail address of POC Company Cage Code and DUNS number Company's Business Size Classification for NAICS 541330 Capabilities statement and relevant company and personnel experience/qualification to support the requirements listed in the draft SOW. Listing of current/past contracts supporting requirements of similar scope and complexity.
