- This is a Source Sought Notice (SSN) to inform the public that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration of Children and Families (ACF) Government Contracting Services (GCS) is posting a SSN for market research purposes to support the Office of Early Childhood Development (ECD) seeking information on vendors who are capable of providing technical assistance (TA) support through the Tribal Home Visiting Resource Institute for Excellence (THRIVE) TA Center providing technical assistance services for the Tribal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (Tribal MIECHV) program. The THRIVE TA Center will provide guidance, leadership, and support to promote excellence in the implementation of evidence-based home visiting programs in tribal communities across the nation.
